SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING TERMS

Some parts of the Service are billed on asubscription basis (“Subscription(s)”).You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cyclesare set either on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a SubscriptionAt the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew underthe exact same conditions unless you cancel itor App cancels it.You may cancel yourSubscription renewal through your online account management page at or before 1 day from renewal.

Upon your subscription to the Product, youagree to subscription fees and all othercharges relating to the subscription beingbilled automatically to the nominated PaymentMethod provided by you during the Order process.Also by entering into these Termsyou acknowledge that your subscription has aninitial and recurring payment feature and youaccept responsibility for all recurring chargesprior to cancellation.

You must notify the App Store of any changeto your Payment Method.lf you do not notifythe App Store of any such change, then we willassume that the details of your PaymentMethod remain correct and will continue to billany fees or charges relating to your

subscription to your nominated Payment Method.

lf any subscription fees or charges billed to your account, are not processed for any reason, then we will have the right to suspend your subscription until all fees and charges have been paid in full.

You agree to pay all costs, including legal feeson a full indemnity basis, which are incurred byus in collecting any unpaid subscription fees orcharges from the Customer.

Subscription fees will apply regardless ofwhether or not you use your subscription.

FEE CHANGES

We in its sole discretion and at anytime, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions.Any Subcerinticn fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription feesto give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after theSubscription fee change comes into effectconstitutes your agreement to pay themodified Subscription fee amount.

REFUNDS

Except when required by law, paid Subscriptionfees are non-refundable.

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you mustprovide us information that is accurate,complete, and current at all times. Failure to doso constitutes a breach of the Terms, whichmay result in immediate termination of youraccount on our Service.

You are responsible for safequarding thepassword that you use to access the Serviceand for anv activities or actions under yourpassword,whether your password is with ourService or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password toany third party.You must notify us immediatelyupon becoming aware of any breach ofsecurity or unauthorized use of your account.
